Click Here for Product Details! 4.5g or approx 30 seeds, 100 day. Apurified strain of the original birdhouse gourd. 10" in dameter by 15" tall. Tan smooth and hardshell. To cure gourd place in a semi warm area for about 1 year. It will change to 100 shades of ugly. When it is completely dry, I place mine in a pail of water to soften the outer layer, then I scrape it off with a dull knife. To drill the bird hole be very carefull using a very sharp bit and plenty of patience so you don’t split the shell.

To dry, place in a semi warm dry place for about a year. It will turn 100 shades of ugly. When it is completely dry I place it under water for a small while to soften the outer layer, then scrape it off with a dull edge knife. You can then varnish, paint or make a deco with it. The wood tones are beautiful on it.
